Our Policies

Shipping:

We ship all scopes through USPS Priority Mail. All scopes are shipped using a signature required label. Rings/Accessories will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail. We ship to the United States only - NO International Shipping. Handling time is 1-2 business days from time of purchase.

Warranty:

US Cerakote is a Factory Trained and Certified Cerakote Applicator specializing in optics and accessories. The Cerakote applied to your optic/rings will not void most manufacturer's warranty and we warranty the Cerakote against peeling, chipping, and flaking. If there is a problem with the manufactures warranty, contact us and we can discuss further steps. All optics listed are factory new in box and we only apply the Cerakote to the optic.

Returns:

No returns accepted. If there is a problem with the optic, it will need to be dealt with the manufacturer. If there is a problem with the Cerakote we will accept the return with proof of the issue with the Cerakote.

Canceling an Order:

Once an order has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order after you have made the purchase, there will be a 10% cancelation fee. If you purchase a product and realize it is the incorrect color, contact us and we can make an exchange. Once the order ships, there will be nothing we can do.

Additional Information:

Orders must be paid for immediately. We do not have a layaway system and no trades are accepted. We do not hold orders that have not yet been paid for.

We only accept payment using a credit or debit card. If you wish to use a different form of payment, contact us and we can discuss different options.

Pickups are allowed. Contact us and we can set up a date and time to pick up.

Pennsylvania Residents will be required to pay tax at a 6% rate.

We capture and edit our pictures to accurately represent the color you are looking at. We use the exact same Cerakote that firearm manufactures use. If you are concerned about the color of the optic or the color of your firearm, we would be more than happy to assist you in getting the correct color.
